Carrie Carlberg

Carrie is a contemporary seascape artist celebrating the oceans ever-changing moods. Born and raised in Devon, she developped a deep connection with the sea from a young age Capturing Devon from the cliff tops , Carrie likes to create from an aerial view perspective. Carrie feels and draws her artistic inspiration sketching the shifting skies and tides during daily clifftop walks. In the warmer months, Carrie’s studio is located at her beach hut on Meadfoot Beach in Torquay. This has allowed her to capture the fleeting beauty of the ocean just at the waters edge. Working primarily with Acrylic Carrie uses lots of rich texture and layers to create a depth to the ocean’s composition.
