This is a disaster as far as we are concerned! Please contact us on mail@whitesailsgallery.com and we will rectify this as soon as possible. We will replace, repair or refund faulty, damaged or incorrect items, so long as we are made aware of this within 30 days of purchase. Please provide us with proof of purchase. Where goods have been shipped to you, we will pay for postage costs to replace, repair or refund the goods, and to ship them back to you. We will refund money to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods back in the gallery. I’ve changed my mind: We understand that sometimes you may change your mind, even when items are not faulty. If you return your items, in original packaging and perfect condition, to the gallery within 28 days of purchase (or of receipt of goods, if they were delivered to you), we will process a full “no quibble” refund back to your original payment method (or we can offer a voucher if you prefer). We cannot offer a refund for non-faulty goods which were purchased at a discount or as part of a sale.
